Progress in the quality assurance of environmental trace organic analysis

An overview is given on the stepwise learning programmes undertaken to identify the main sources of error associated with the determination of the mandatory organic contaminants in the marine monitoring programmes. Details are given on the preparation and use of LRMs and CRMs to maintain analytical control and quantify the laboratory errors in relation to the measurement of changes in the environment.     

A Framework for Monitoring Progress and Planning Teaching Towards the Effective Use of Computer Algebra Systems

This article suggests a framework to organise a cluster of variables that are associated with students' effective use of computer algebra systems (CAS) in mathematics learning. Based on a review of the literature and from the authors' own teaching experience, the framework identifies the main characteristics of students' interactions with CAS technology and how these may be used to monitor students' developing use of CAS; from this, the framework may be used to plan teaching in order to gain greater benefit from the availability of CAS. Four case studies describing students' development over a semester are reported. These demonstrate a variety of combinations of technical competencies and personal attributes. They indicate the importance of both the technical and personal aspects but suggest that negative attitudes rather than technical difficulties can limit the effective use of CAS. Finally practical suggestions are given for teaching strategies which may promote effective use of CAS.This revised version was published online in September 2005 with corrections to the Cover Date.     

双组元姿控发动机反流特性的DSMC模拟

为准确获得双组元姿控发动机的羽流及其反流特性,采用直接模拟蒙特卡罗(DSMC)方法结合可变软球(VSS)模型数值模拟以N2O4/MMH为推进剂的真空羽流。喷口参数由喷管流动的DSMC法计算得到。与文献比较表明本文计算程序可信。模拟结果表明,分子质量越小的气体越容易进入反流区;本文的计算条件下,在偏离X轴正向116°~140°范围内,组分数密度和质量流率以及温度均出现了最大值。     

In‐line monitoring of UV photopolymerization with a quartz crystal resonator

An in‐line monitoring device using a quartz crystal resonator for thin film polymerization was proposed, and its performance has been evaluated by implementing in the UV polymerization of 2‐hydroxyethyl methacrylate with a photoinitiator of 1‐chloroanthraquinone. Because the variation of resonant resistance of the resonator is proportional to the square root of viscosity change that is closely related to the polymerization degree, the resistance can be used as a measure of the polymerization degree. The resistance measurements were compared with the outcome of instrumental analyses of polymerization degree using an FTIR spectrometer and a gel permeation chromatograph. The experimental results showed that the resistance measurements were consistent with the experimental outcome of the instrumental analyses, and this indicates the effectiveness of the proposed device. Owing to the simplicity and availability of the resonator system, its wide utilization in the monitoring of a variety of film polymerization processes, including photoresistor application, is expected. © 2006 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 对地观测平台恒星敏感器离焦成像折中设计分析

从对地观测平台角秒量级姿态确定需求出发,在构建星敏感器惯性系成像模型的基础上指出,恒星在成像面上的定位误差是星敏感器姿态确定误差的主要来源。同时,结合理想光学系统离焦模型,分析了星敏感器主要性能指标间的量化关系,并给出了成像面定位误差最低限。仿真结果表明,从优化系统性能考虑,成像模糊区直径为2~3个像元的配置是利用星敏感器焦平面的“轻微离焦”来实现亚像元定位的最佳方案,定位误差可达0.2个像元,能够满足星敏感器惯性姿态确定精度4″~5″的要求。理论分析和数值仿真结果可为后续星敏感器指标的提出及仪器设计提供技术参考。

用碘酸钾滴定法标定二氧化硫标准溶液

用KIO3滴定法标定SO2标准溶液,RSD≈0.10%,标定结果与标准法结果无显著性差异,相对误差<±0.3%。     

圆盘膜萃取、色质联用仪及选择离子法(SIM)测定河水中多环芳烃, 多氯联苯, 酞酸酯等半挥发有机物

通过圆盘膜萃取提取河水中多环芳烃、多氯联苯,肽酸酯等半挥发有机物,并用气质联用仪及选择离子(SIM)进行样品定量分析,加标回收率在70%~130%之间,测定检出限达到pg/mL级(10-12)水平.     

Hydrogen Oxidation on a Platinum Microelectrode: Effect of Carbon Monoxide Impurities

The kinetics of the hydrogen oxidation and the CO adsorption on a Pt (ultra)microelectrode is studied in a 0.5 M H₂SO₄ solution saturated with a mixture of gaseous H₂ and CO at partial CO pressures p _CO = 10–500 ppm. The balance between rates of diffusion and adsorption of CO at different adsorption times is studied. Studied is the effect of CO impurities in H₂ on steady-state polarization curves for the hydrogen ionization and nonsteady-state curves of the oxidation current decay with time at 0.02–0.05 V. Conditions under which in a certain time interval and at a certain CO concentration the slope of an I vs. t curve is proportional to p _CO are determined. The obtained dependence may be used when designing a technique for monitoring CO impurities in technical hydrogen.     

家禽肌肉组织中硝基咪唑类药物残留的液相色谱串联质谱测定

建立了同时检测家禽肌肉组织中3种硝基咪唑类药物残留的液相色谱-串联质谱法。样品用乙酸乙酯提取，经浓缩、过滤后直接进入液相色谱-质谱分析。采用监测母离子及其相应子离子的多反应监测技术，根据离子流峰面积进行定量。3种药物的定量检出限分别为甲硝唑0．8μg／kg、洛硝哒唑0．1μg／kg、二甲硝唑0．1μg／kg。1次分析的运行时间为5min。是一种快速、灵敏、可靠的分析方法。
